I graduated from QUB in 2006 and after my vocational training year I was delighted to be given the opportunity to work in Armagh under the leadership of a cosmetic dentist. This post inspired me to further my career and dental training, leading me to apply for a one-year accredited postgraduate course in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. Since then, for 10 years now, I have been working in private practices in Belfast and find myself more passionate than ever about my job. I get great satisfaction out of watching how professional cosmetic dentistry increases an individual’s confidence and self-worth. As such I have continued to improve my skill-set over the years, now specialising in Implant Restoration, Inman Aligner and Clearsmile Aligners.
I feel privileged and excited to lead an established and professional dental practice, such as Affinity Dental Care. The staff are longstanding, friendly and embody the ethos of our practice. Valuing our patients is our number one priority and we therefore aim to provide a first class service in a family friendly atmosphere. Feedback is always welcome in our practice and we deliberately take time to get to know our patients.
On a more personal note, I am married to Alain and have two beautiful daughters, Annie and Erin. I love sport, good food, trying new restaurants and hanging out with my friends!!
I graduated from Edinburgh University in 1987 and subsequently spent two years working in a large practice in Peterborough, England. I then took the opportunity to travel and work in Australia for seven months where I gained further experience. I returned to Northern Ireland and have been working in Lambeg since 1990. Following study and preparation in 1995 I gained my Diploma in General Dental Practice in November of that year.
I am married with three young children and now work part time at the practice. I enjoy most aspects of my work and especially enjoy helping patients feel more comfortable attending the dentist. I also have an interest in Smile Makeovers and get great satisfaction from seeing the difference this can make to people
I graduated from the University of Dundee in 1999 and spent a further year working in a large practice in Scotland. After this I spent a year in Australia, where I worked in both private practice and in a government run clinic for Aboriginal people which was a wonderful experience. I then travelled extensively, and on returning home in 2002 I started working in Lambeg. I enjoy being part of such a busy vibrant practice, which has so much to offer its patients. The work is always varied and every day is different. It is rewarding when people are happy and satisfied with their dental treatment and its nice to help patients feel comfortable and calm when coming to see us. All aspects of general dentistry interest me, particularly preventive care, which is so important, and cosmetic treatments which can make such a difference to patients smiles and well being.
